Overview
Management of a project from appraisal to handover: planning, monitoring and coordination, administration of the construction contract, and coordination of multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders.
On site, TEKNICON runs construction supervision, site meetings and progress reporting, reviews contractor submissions and interim payment certificates, and carries the project through final inspections, practical completion and the Defects Liability Period.
